Jollibee — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

What I liked about it : It is Jollibee, food is good.

What can be improved : The shop can improved in the cleanliness. Even after the crew member cleaned our table, it is still sticky. I could not let my daughter lay her hand on the table. I pulled out alcohol, wet wipes and tissue and cleaned it myself. : Service is really slow and cashier was unfriendly. When I ordered, they say chicken will be 15 minutes so I agreed. I was thinking that the other orders will be given earlier. 30 minutes pass and nothing came. I needed to go back to the cashier to ask for the fries at least to be given coz my daughter is hungry. Today, June 10, 2025 at almost 5:00 in the evening, I made an order at SM City Cabanatuan Branch, they called my claim order number as if it was completed. I think they didn’t check it twice because the 2 peach mango pie along side with the Mix n Match I ordered were not included on the bag. I was rushing to go outside because the jeep was about to go, scred to be left by it. Ang panget ng serbisyo sa store na ito. Sigawan lang nang sigawan yung crew sa counter at crew sa kitchen. Bumalik pa kami dahil legs ung binigay na nauna sa amin request namin no legs or wings.
