McDonald's — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald’s H. Concepcion. Some of the crew members were bastos (super rude) and showed very poor customer service. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead, I was met with disrespectful behavior. (SOBRANG BASTOS) McDonald’s is known worldwide for its friendly and accommodating service, so this experience was truly disappointing and far from what the brand stands for. I hope the management will look into this issue and remind their staff about the importance of proper manners and good customer service.
