S&R New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Olongapo

The line was not that long when we arrived. However, it was not moving and we had to wait for a while to order cause the cashier was a little slow. Some customers left the dishes on the tables and stayed there for a while before getting cleaned up. I think they were slightly understaffed that time, thus the slow service.

I found out that the menu wasn't updated. Some new items weren't there like the creamy spinach baked roll with mushroom.

The food arrived slightly warm, but the flavor was still there. It was quite satisfying.

The pizza was not too greasy and was good for sharing.

The chicken baked rolls arrived just a few minutes later fresh from the oven so that definitely upped its taste compared to the other food. It came with a mayo sort of dip. It was cheesy and full of chicken and bacon.

The fries we ordered were plain and came with ketchup and mustard I think. Without the sauce, it only tasted like potato.

For the Salisbury steak, it had a few pieces of mushroom and gravy with your typical patty.

7/31/2025 How can they get such a simple order wrong? All I ordered was a hot dog, cheese, and bacon. The price was, of course, the total amount I ordered. But when I got home and looked inside the bag, all I found was cold, stale bread and overcooked sausage. This place has a 60%+ success rate of making mistakes. They don't deserve to be a franchisee and put up the same sign, and the quality of their employees has been declining since they opened, so now they're getting negative reviews. Well, they don't even have mustard!

The staff at this store are awful, as are the kitchen workers. I order the same thing every week, hotdog/bacon and cheese, but 50% of the time there's barely any cheese. It's takeaway, so I can't complain on the spot. Change the manual/with pictures so that even elementary school kids can understand. If I've eaten in the store,...

SNR has been our family's fav place to eat whether it's dine in or take out. We use to go to this place when it's birthdays, christmas or any occasions we have. And today was the worst experience I had on this place. The pizza which we used to order was not the same anymore. The layer was soooooo thin that you will think it's a tissue/paper. It's like a thin pizza from other pizza company. And only the side bread was thick. Before this happened today, when we eat here, I can only have as much as 2 slice and now OHMYGOD, had already 6 slice but you will not feel that you are full.
