Avoid at all cost! No-one at the reception area and we have to call out for assistance. A masseuse then came running out half asleep. We were brought to our individual massage room and we lied on the bed for a good 15minutes before the massage starts. The massage seems to be in a rush and bad massage techniques. They swapped masseuse in between and is very disrupting and inconsistent. The massage ended very abruptly and to my surprise the time was 15mins short. This means that our massage is only 30mins considering the fact that we lied there for 15mins prior to massage! When we asked the receptionist about the shortchanged time, she just sheepishly ignored, collected the money and walked in. It's not about the money. We paid them full. It's the principle of cheating customers and tourists this way....
