Food choices are limited in the Bellevue Resort. This was our only option for lunch.l but the ocean view was nice. It is an outdoor restaurant so it can be quite hot.

The food was OK. Some dishes were very good while others were mediocre. We ordered the pinakbet, chicken adobo, bangus, squid, and torta talong. The pinkabet had a nice flavor but some vegetables were still raw or very hard. A little longer cooking would have made it more tender. The chicken adobo was just ok. Nothing special and it tasted very salty. The bangus, squid, and torta were the best dishes by far. I would order these 3 dishes again.

Service is a hit or miss depending on what day and time you go. The first time we went the service was exceptional. The following day for dinner, service wasnt as good. The server just couldn't understand what we wanted despite us...

It's the restaurant of Bellevue, thus, it aims to maintain the standards set by the hotel/resort. And it does not disappoint. The staff members are really professional, alert, and polite. And they all look sharp. Although it is an open-air restaurant, it is not that humid or warm because there's the cool breeze drifting in from the seas. There is a function hall on the second floor. The food is tasty, cooked or prepared with precision and care. One must try its Herb-Crusted Norwegian Salmon for main course and Chocolate Delice for dessert. You can skip the Mango Float; it's not that good. The servings are huge, generous. One dish could probably feed two persons. Three if everyone's on a diet.
