Bo's Coffee (NAIA 1) — Restaurant in Parañaque

Unfortunately, this is the ONLY café downstairs @ NAIA T1, near Gates 10-14. So TBH, have often reluctantly resorted to their coffee given lack of options, not to mention there being NO escalator to go back up again. This would be at least my half a dozen time, here and tellingly, my 1st in actually sitting in their tiny small sitting area. Service staff have always tended to be polite enough... However, the only two, two-seater tables were filthy, as well as the floor. I did notice it was far from busy in terms of foot traffic and flights during the 1 whole hour I’d sat there. This afternoon, the owner-operator/shift supervisor (at approx. 2:30 PM on a Tuesday) was also rather inappropriately loud in his repeated questioning of the other staff about who positioned a small narrow dispensary table wrongly. He then bruskly swept the floor, before hurriedly mopping the very small floor space. The dust and smell of ammonia didn’t go down well with my ridiculously overpriced Dulce Cheesecake.
