390 Degrees — Restaurant in Parañaque

We are very confused by the previous reviews written about this restaurant. We selected it based on its great ratings but the food and service were very poor. Maybe it was a one off but there were only two other small tables of customers in the restaurant and many staff but service and food was very slow. One side dish came out and then later, my boyfriend's food (Peri-Peri chicken) came out and my side dish. The potato wedges and sweet potato fries were not cooked properly. He had completely finished his meal by the time mine arrived, which we had to ask again for 3 times. They said it takes a long time to make the pizza but we waited over an hour. It was a way below average pizza, more like a tortilla wrap with cheese on. We had to ask for knives and no plate was provided. Service was non-existent, we had to go find somebody to ask for the bill and they never cleared our table, just put the bill in the middle of the uncleared plates and board and walked away. We had dinner at 390 Degrees on April 18th. I messaged their Facebook page for a reservation, and they responded promptly. They even confirmed my booking through Viber, allowing me to pre-order.

Caesar salad: fresh and tasty, served in a bread bowl.

Fish and chips: crispy and tender on the inside, with two sauce options available.

390 Chili Chicken Wings: taste like buffalo wings, with a sauce that complements the dish.

BBQ Ribs: flavorful and tender, accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables on the side.

Pork Sisig Soft Taco: unique yet very Filipino.

White Cheese Pizza: thin crust, not too salty.

Nachos: with mango bits that balance the dish.

Chicken Alfredo Pasta: not overcooked.

All dishes are presented well, with a mix of cassava, sweet potatoes, and regular potatoes as side dishes. Colorful garnishing adds to the presentation.

360 Ribeye Steak - Too salty. Ordered it medium rare. You can get better steaks for a cheaper price in other restaurants

Smoked Beef Brisket - Their BBQ sauce is too sweet but the beef was cooked perfectly. Really juicy and soft.

Blackened Salmon - It was really dry. It looks appetizing but it failed to impress.

Vegetable Chowder - This dish was really good. I recommend it.

Fish and Chips - Just the regular fish and chips with dips. Nothing too special about it.

Spring Salad - It was quite delicious along with the bowl made out of bread.

Iced latte - Great taste. You also have the option to add the syrup gradually.
