J.CO Donuts & Coffee | SM City Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

I don't usually post concerns like this unless it's necessary. But this time I have to. I ordered 1X JClub 5+1. When I was about to take a bite, I saw a small dead cockroach under the red velvet donut. I asked for replacement if it's possible and this is something I look forward the whole day to treat myself. However, their customer service informed me that they can only refund me for an amount of P271 Pesos. This product cost P320. I don't mind the cost anymore coz it will only bring me stress but I hope that this won't happen again or to anyone. I only treat myself sometimes when I think I need to. This? I just lost my apetite.

first they dont kniw what is first come first serve second they dont acknowledge customers who are in front of them third they forgot to make our drink for how many minutes past. poor customer service. the employees are not happy serving the customers. i know fnb are stressfull work but they are serving people they should re-train for their customers...
