The French Baker | SM City Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

My friend and I have always been eating here in French Baker in Sm Bicutan. We loved the ambiance. And their seafood pasta tastes great. I like their chocolate cake too. The best thing is after dinner in French bakery, 5 mins before 8pm , there can be queue for 50% off of all bread in the counter. So always i have a take-home bread, and pastries and cake before leaving. So j can always have pasalubong to my son and husband at 50 % discount. The staff are nice. Since we are the regular customer here, the manager and staff knew us already. Sometimes even if we dont eat at their restaurant and passes by them, we get to say hi and smile. Also french baker has their private toilet which we can use as well in times of emergency if you know what I mean. :) thank you French Baker Bicutan. Went here today and received the worst customer service.

I was picking up buns and I dropped one and I told the lady being honest. FYI could have not said anything!

She was rude and was like your paying for that.

I proceeded to pick buns and she followed me right to the cash and made sure I paid for my single dropped bun mistake.

I will never come back and order again, it’s sad because I was a loyal customer always buying coffee buns.

After telling the manager they seems to have a good laugh looking at me and making me embarrassed.

I will do everything I can to post this all over social media to everyone can be aware how you treat your loyal clients.

American here. I went in to try their new teas. When I asked the waitress for the new tea, she seemed agitated and angry. She didn't even know that the new tea was on the board just outside of the store. When I asked for it again, she got annoyed and simply passed me a menu. I tried another tea that was on the menu. It was bad. I will never know if I would have liked the tea that I originally came there for. I also ordered a piece of chocolate cake which was sort of dry and bland. Honestly, it was a horrible experience. I would never eat there again. They should probably hire...
