Gringo Chicken Ribs and Friends — Restaurant in Parañaque

Baked mussels 4 stars the size of the mussels is comparable to imported mussels that you get from the high end restaurants

The half slab ribs with 2 sides, 3 stars we got the fried saba and mashed potato nothing spectacular nothing bad well. Out of all the things on this plate the nachos is the most flavorful one needs more salsa though. Mashed potato is bland same with the fried saba ( I know that it says fried saba but does ot have to be that literal? Or I am just expecting at least it will be seasoned?)

Soft Tacos with Latin Salpicao, 1 star the pita is cold and crusty as if it was just bought from the grocery. The meat has no hint of latin nor salpicao as well. Nothing in this plate is warm.

We also ordered the Grilled Tuna Jaw forgot to take a picture. This is a 4 star as this is not too fishy / "malansa" on the actual meat. Taste better than what it smells like

I've been in this branch about 9 times already since its opening. It had always been a great experience. Our visit earlier this evening however was horrible. The service was terrible. Whatever happened to gringo's amazing service? They said it would take 15-20mins for the food to be served but It took almost an hour before our food arrived. You know that awful feeling as you watch other tables near yours being served food already when you actually gave your orders earlier than them? I even gave them a list of orders in a piece of paper since we had different orders for 11 people but still 5 side dishes never reached our table. Their best seller chicken is one of a kind

The place is perfect if someone is looking beside their usual fast food chicken. And their lemon herb is probably my favorite flavor. I find it really delicious.

This place could also be considered a cheat place for a cheat day (for those on a diet) since most of their dishes including the chicken are oily.
