The staff here are being rude or polite depending on nationality or gender.Maybe bed I’m not a local, they don’t speak even a word when they’re serving. They just put on my table and left. I’d like to ask if they’re robots or something else but not a human definitely. Since I know what kinda breads should be used for sandwiches, I’ve been given very tiny wrong bread for my sandwich. Of course I approached somehow and the guy with black shirt told me that they just changed it. Wow without informing me they changed it to not the one on the menu? I didn’t show my frustration however I was pretty disappointed and annoyed by them. They don’t even know how to do apologies. I wish they could have better education and manners to learn from their past experiences. Concluding that the food was just normal as always but this is one of the worst brunches and services I’ve ever experienced in the Philippines which they should be so proud of..
Learn this, When you made any mistake or disappointed customers, you do apologize, say SORRY. And if there’s shortage of stocks or any reason to change from the thing on the menu, be professional and explain. Don’t judge and decide on your own. We are the one paying for food and services...
Read moreMary Grace SM Sucat is a cozy and comfortable place to chat with friends while enjoying some great tasting pastries. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. You can see them laughing having small talk with their regulars. I'm not a regular at this establishment, but I carefully observe the behavior of the crew and staff of restaurants. I can confidently say that Mary Grace Sucat has great customer service and a good staff/customer engagement, which is a definite plus in my book. The ambience is great too. A well lit area that is spacious and cozy. There are times though that the AC can be too cold. We stayed from 1pm to 5pm, and by 3pm I was already wishing that I could've brought a jacket. The pastries are good, not spectacular, but good. My favorite is their Apple Pie and their Sansrival. Their chocolate drink though is too thick for my taste and it gives that "umay" after taste after drinking it cold. Overall, Mary Grace SM Sucat is another unexpected nice lil place I recently encountered here in my local SM. Will I come back? Definitely, but I'll be bringing a jacket and will be ordering a HOT...

I'm European. I wanted to buy some tiramisu for my jowa since she never tried it before and i missed it, but when i saw they have Carbonara i wanted to order because i miss that.
Checking the price i was expecting maraming carbonara.
I don't like talking bad about service crews unless there's a really big issue so i will not. But the order was very matagal.
The tiramisu taste was good. It's like the one i'm used to eating so heads up but still quite expensive.
Then the carbonara... It was so little i felt i had to eat 3-4 servings of that to become busog talaga.
Not only that. For the price and the quantity they served i was expecting something really good tasting.
For me, the taste was very plain. It's like your run of the mill carbonara. I am positive i can cook that too at this level.
But i guess their decoration is nice... so that's...
