S&R New York Style Pizza - SM City Sucat — Restaurant in Parañaque

S&R SM city sucat is a surprising place to get a good meal if you are bored with the usual mundane Jollibee or McDonald's. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and I really enjoyed it. It was spicy and crunchy like they advertised and it was fresh from the kitchen! I partnered it with some of their fries which was really good. It had bacon bits and some generous squirts of cheese sauce on it. Their parmesan chicken wings are quite a surprise! It was cheesy really garlicky! The sizes were not half bad either. It's really unexpected that a pizza place would have some pretty good food other than pizza. Sadly the wait time was unbearable. They promised it to be served by 15mins and we got it in 35mins. The other thing I was expecting was the condiments. Last time I ate at an S&R I had an abundance of onions and pickles, now it's gone. They don't even give you if you ask for one which was a total downer. Wait time set aside, I would definitely be back for their delicious food, but would bring some patience,...

I was so excited to try the new item which was the Spinach Roll. Upon ordering it was already chaotic since the service was so slow same with the waiting time of orders. Also, to top it all I received wrong order. I was supposed to get the Spinach roll (as you can see at the receipt I was charged) but I received chicken roll instead. I was really excited to try out the new product but I got the wrong food.

The service crew clearly doesn't want to be there and it clearly shows and they don't give any care to the customers, they made me wait for my order and made me feel like I'm the one at fault for ordering the food that they needed to reheat and they were unapologetic to say the least.
