I don't usually post concerns like this unless it's necessary. But this time I have to. I ordered 1X JClub 5+1. When I was about to take a bite, I saw a small dead cockroach under the red velvet donut. I asked for replacement if it's possible and this is something I look forward the whole day to treat myself. However, their customer service informed me that they can only refund me for an amount of P271 Pesos. This product cost P320. I don't mind the cost anymore coz it will only bring me stress but I hope that this won't happen again or to anyone. I only treat myself sometimes when I think I need to. This? I just lost my apetite.
