Unfriendly staff especially the "petit boy" is not approachable as we tried to called him, we have ordered Halo-Halo and approached politely and friendly the Lady in the counter from 3 times or SEVERAL TIMES or more but not served, and my mother ended up not to take the order in any case because we waited so long and she ended up being pissed off!
2nd thing the cucumber smoothe we ordered for my father (not to mention that he is diabetic) is TOO SWEET like it swims in sugar syrup and we thought that the cucumber smoothee is just as natural as it could be, however my father ended up not to drink the Smoothee at all coz he can't tolerate the taste and I am a healthcare worker I know that to much sweet will strike up your sugar in blood (HYPERGLYCEMIA!!),
We are so sad and disappointed that after all the polite gestures and friendly approaches we have shown to them, we have ended up to be treated poorly, we don't deserve to be treated like that because at the first place we have given our utmost respect to the staffs because I know that their Job is not easy and absolutely stressful, but approaching them several times just for just a simple Halo Halo for my mother (because it's her fave) is another thing, and it is just a simple thing that they cannot do, is it hard to make HALO-HALO? and I don't understand why!?
I hope this Review will make them do good the next time around and make their Job better and improve the way they treat the customer, In any case this is not against the company, but remember a company will not be able to succeed if the subordinates and staffs are not effective and have no good and strong foundation. If they can't provide good customer service how would that be...
Read moreI do not usually comment negative things about places to eat/drink but this one is an exception. This is not a place to find good food and good service together. Specially when you’re hungry.
Their foods are not the best tasting yet are not considered bad, such that theirs have nothing special to consider. Coupled with a long waiting time, your hunger will surely passed you by, making you feel uncomfortable and irritated on everything about the place.
We ordered 13 different items from their menu, with quantities ranging from one to eight per item, and from solo to salo foods. The waiting staff said the prep will take 20-30 minutes so we agreed. Our orders were completed after one hour of wait, multiple order follow-ups, and incomplete utensils.
From the group of customers who entered their restaurant the same time as we, we were the last to be served.
No restaurant staff has ever asked us if our orders were completed. No one from them even tried to express their apologies for the long waits we had to endure just to eat. Take note, we have three children in our group. These kids were made to wait for their food that long.
Now we understand why “Classsic Savory”, which is just beside their store, was jam-packed with customers while this Kuya J branch had more seats to offer.
Based on what we experienced here, I don’t think anyone from my group will return here ever again or even recommend to anyone in our connections to order or...
Read moreWe’ve been here twice already, but this Sunday was the worst experience. The service was EXTREMELY poor. Water should have been served with our meal, but despite our multiple complaints, we finished eating without it. The simplest request—one that shouldn't have even needed to be asked—was apparently too difficult to fulfill. HOW HARD IS IT TO BRING US A PITCHER OF WATER? When it was finally brought to our table, the waitress didn’t even bring us glasses. ARE YOU KIDDING? Do you expect us to drink directly from the pitcher? The restaurant wasn’t even full; there were empty tables. WHY? WHAT'S YOUR EXCUSE?
When the waitress finally brought the water, we followed up on our dessert. She rudely interrupted us, saying, "Na follow-up ko na." HOW? She wasn't the one who served our meal and didn’t even let us finish our sentence. WE NEVER GOT OUR DESSERT.
The service was terrible. MY MOM HAD TO LITERALLY BRING THE BULALO POT TO THE CASHIER JUST TO GET IT PACKED FOR TAKEOUT while a wealthy-looking family next to us enjoyed prompt service: their takeout was packed immediately, water was served with their meals, and their desserts arrived quickly, even though they had arrived later than us.
This was such a disappointing experience. Not only did we leave this place disappointed, but it also left us feeling...
