To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the terrible experience I had with your branch at Jollibee SM Bicutan (Main) through the Jollibee Online App Delivery.
I placed and paid for my order via the app, expecting the usual service I’ve come to trust. But instead, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half — with zero updates or communication. Then out of nowhere, I was told that the order would be cancelled. That’s it. After all that time waiting, not a single courtesy message, call, or update was sent to inform me of any delays or issues.
I understand that operations may have been affected by the current typhoon, and I am considerate of that. However, a simple update or transparency would have meant so much. Instead, I was left starving and frustrated, only to be told last minute that my already paid order was being cancelled — like my time and patience meant nothing.
I am demanding a full refund and expect this to be processed immediately. On top of that, I believe I deserve compensation for the time wasted, inconvenience, and sheer disrespect as a paying customer. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand.
Hoping for your prompt response and a resolution to this incident.

I tried ordering through the self-service monitor, but the meal included drinks. I didn’t want the drink since I’m diabetic, so instead of using the monitor, I went straight to the cashier to order.
Cashier 1 said that the drink could supposedly be removed through the monitor, so I tried again for the second time—but it really wouldn’t let me take it out. I ended up confirming the order anyway and got my order slip.
Then I lined up again and asked Cashier 2 if the drink could just be removed manually from the punched order, but she said it wasn’t allowed. So I just left.
