Modern Shang Ph — Restaurant in Parañaque

I recently visited Modern Shanghai in SM BF and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience as a solo diner. I was already seated and ordered food when the staff abruptly asked me to move to another area to accommodate a larger group, despite there being no reserved seats sign on the table. We ordered the 1/2 fried chicken and were served some kind of reheated baked chicken at least one day old, badly burnt but not fried chicken. It was horrible looking and tasted like the refrigerator it came from. It was not hot at serving either. I wanted to return it by my local partner advised against it due to the other customers in dining, stating people here in PH love to covertly video people confronting others to post on social media. I had high hopes for Modern Shanghai BF Homes, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The food took an entire hour to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially since the restaurant wasn’t even that busy.
