Shakey's Pizza Parlor - SM City Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

The food was always excellent but the service was very disappointing :( . I recommended this restaurant to my sisters to surprise our moms 52nd birthday (nov 16 2024). since we know that we can request a happy birthday song from the staffs but no one came to our request after 30 mins so we decided to start eating give our gift and taking picture.

Short wait for the food which is great because we were all hungry just being in the waiting list. Service is also great although I can hear them servers talk harshly towards each other which is understandable given that it's a stressful job somehow. As long as that harshness don't extend to the customers, I'm good. I gave a tip when it was time for us...

Most disappointing pizza ever. Cardboard base with cheese all over and 6 small pieces of green pepper (capsicum) 8 small pieces of meat and a few pieces of onion on a party size Super Supreme @ 576 peso's.
