Jollibee Edsa Zamora — Restaurant in Pasay

Went here last night. The service was extremely slow, they kept getting my mother's order wrong and all my food came barely warm.

I ordered chicken joy meals and beef steak meals. They also did not have any bottled water and so I got pineapple juice. Their ice cream was unavailable as well.

My mom ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. She was told they would take 15 minutes to cook. They brought her 2 cheeseburgers within 2 minutes. She mentioned the error and so we waited many more minutes for the chicken sandwiches. When the food came, it was just one chicken sandwich, not two. So as not to waste more time sitting there for another sandwich to cook, she just accepted the one sandwich. Our other guest wasn't hungry anymore after error after error. It was very late for us and we were too tired for the correct order to come.

I would not recommend this Jollibee. They need to improve their service and also...

Arrived at midnight. Needed to clean our own table, other tables messy as well, no cleanup crew in sight. Ordered food for 2 which I needed to pickup on the counter after 20 min wait. Tables still uncleaned within that duration ungil we left. Aircon was not working and it was hot inside. Fries were still raw in the middle when delivered and pasta was soggy. Everything that could be tagged as bad in a branch was present here.

Find a better branch or choose a different fasfood ...

One of the worst Jollibee branches that I’ve ever been to. The place looks extremely outdated and sad. Crew are always either frowning or stressed. There are items on the menu consistently unavailable, I’m surprised they haven’t taken it off the menu display yet. Hope its management could bump it up even just a tiny bit since its location is...
