This place is outrageously overpriced for what it offers. You’re essentially paying UK prices while in the Philippines. We ordered two burgers and two drinks and ended up with a bill of £28 (approx. ₱2100 / $38). For that, you’d expect at least decent food and atmosphere—but it was far from it. The location is a tiny eatery right at the ramp leading to Terminal 2 Departures. Outdoor seating consists of just four small tables, and the indoor space feels cramped and uncomfortable. Our table was barely 60cm from the serving counter, and when seated at a window table, the back of the chair actually touched the next table behind. The floor was greasy and slippery—an accident waiting to happen. We stopped in for an early lunch, mostly because it was one of only two places with available seating and no queue. The menu includes a mix of local breakfast options, burgers, salads, desserts, and drinks. The ambience left much to be desired: loud clanking of plates from the nearby service station, and the air conditioning was warm and barely noticeable. As for the food, both burgers looked nearly identical—despite ordering a classic and a “Swingin’ Sriracha.” The fries were limp and soggy. When I asked for chili sauce, they brought out an unidentifiable yellow gloop. The burger patties were of poor quality, lacking proper seasoning or that essential charred, crispy texture. To top it off, the service was painfully slow. Drinks took 20 minutes, and our food took 35. We had to remind staff multiple times that we had a flight to catch, but there was no sense of urgency. Overall, a disappointing experience: poor quality food, sluggish service, uncomfortable environment, and extremely poor value for money.

the place is right outside the building if you are coming in from the arrival. you should see the place immediately. when in departure its below the departure area south wing. the place is nice but a little bit crowded coz its 10am in the morning. so we sit outside with the table and umbrella.. its not that hot because of the gloomy weather. i talk directly to the crew to get our order. the waiting time is about 15 minutes for the food to be served. its understandable. the food is great if you love breakfast filipino food. taste great. the price is like the airport price around the world. higher than what you expect if the location is outside the airport. i give 3 star because of their limited dining crew. but overall satisfied with the experience

It's conveniently situated at the entrance of the NAIA Terminal 2, open 24 hours, and wasn't crowded even though I went there at dinner time. They have sockets you can use to charge your devices and the you can use the airport WiFi from inside the shop. They have a contactless menu ordering option, but the waiting staff gave me a physical menu right off the bat. The staff were attentive, but they were wearing face masks on their chins. I ordered crispy crunch pork belly. The taste was alright although a bit on the salty side. However, the carrots in the side dish were undercooked and the plating was unfortunate. A bit pricey, but I guess you're paying more for the convenience than the food.

Discriminative Staff & Awful Service.

My family ate at Denny's Terminal 2 after we fetched our mom and sister after their trip from the province.

And since we looked like we didn't have money because we dressed to our comfort, our service was incredibly slow. Foreign customers who came before us got served first. The grilled cheese my sister order was forgotten, and when it was served, the cheese was still frozen solid like it was made without a care.

Loraine was kind enough to say sorry but Syra, our serving staff had not only provided an apology, but also gave us looks of disgust along with the other stuff glancing mean stares from inside the restaurant while we were outside.

Denny's from BGC was better (ironically you would expect better service at restaurants from the airport), and I hope that the management does something about this horrid representation of such a good restaurant.

Foodwise, it's mediocre. Place is full of flies. Not worth going here. Though I definitely recommend the BGC branch. Friendly staff, great food and...

On July 24, 2024, at around 8:00 PM, my partner and I went to Denny's at NAIA Terminal 2 to get a quick bite. We were turned down harshly by the employee when we requested to be seated outside, as we didn't like to sit inside due to the cold temperature. We always sit outside whenever we dine at any restaurants, as I easily feel cold whenever I'm inside a room with the air conditioning on.

We asked the employee three times if we could sit outside, but she rudely refused to serve us. She repeatedly said "no" in a harsh tone. Her reason was that it might rain, and she wouldn't allow any customers to sit and eat outside. It's worth noting that the outside seating area had umbrellas, and it was not raining at the time we requested to be seated outside. Even if it did rain, it would not have been a problem for us, as we were not planning to stay long.

We found the employee's behavior to be rude and lacking in customer service. We hope that Denny's management will address this kind of behavior from...
