Cafe Mary Grace - Ayala Malls Feliz — Restaurant in Pasig

I had a very bad experience from your Mary Grace staff in Ayala Malls Feliz.

you should ask them to communicate things better instead of using a death stare to illicit fear.

my partner and I with our dog were already feeling uncomfortable because our unit's building wing didn't have electricity.

we wanted to have a good lunch instead had the worst lunch experience in that branch.

the staff named Thalia was looking at us and passed us by while our dog was with us. granted that our dog was not on a pet stroller, there's always a kinder and gentler way of communicating worry.

instead of respectfully telling us what she wanted, or what the manager wanted, she instead looked at us with a death stare.

I don't understand what is difficult with communicating whatever worry your branch staff had.

this is very unprofessional and tainted our experience.

This experience has now discouraged me to visit that Mary Grace branch.

The food in your restaurant is expensive and yet we still support it

Always a pleasure to stop by this place after mall errands. Their signature hot choco drink is indeed a comfort to have, no matter the time of day. For dessert or merienda, I go for a slice of choco mousse but I recently tried their version of the key lime pie and I also loved it. Pie persons like me will be happy here. In a predominantly cake-eating country, that's a good thing to note.

They follow the pandemic protocols nicely, too. Since it has high ceilings ang ventilated wide spaces, it's safe enough to dine in. They also accept gcash and credit cards. I'm the quiet tita type chilling in the corner. I can do that here, away from big tables of chatty titas/titos lol. We...

Excellent food, Ambiance, Service with minimal service charges, Place is clean and so with the utensils well prepared and handled especially during this pandemic you will not be afraid to dine in because they are following the Protocols of handling Dishes and most their Utensils well covered glass and wrap spoon fork. That's why my parent love to dine in most of the time. Their fave is prawn salad, pasta & mushroom pizza. they said its 5 star fine dining And a pet friendly too coz they have a space outside for us to dine with our furbabies.
