Gerry's Robinsons Metro East (Gerry's Grill) — Restaurant in Pasig

Never thought I would give a 1-star review on an establishment. This was a horrible place to celebrate an occassion at. We queued for a an hour and half and placed our order early on before being seated. I was more understanding due to the Mother's day celebration influx but when we were seated, we were informed that ONLY THEN (after waiting for 90 minutes), were they will start to prepare our orders and we will have to wait another 25 minutes. So all in all, before we ate, it took us 2 hours. The food was just mid at best. Hoping it would end on a good note, we found out that the buko pandan dessert was spoiled (ang asim and malapot na) already. Only good thing about this experience was the tables and atmosphere was kept clean. A basic expectation for alm restaurants. I hope they add more staff in anticipation of special occasions like this and create more strategic tasking for already so limited personnel so food can be served faster and people seated quicker. Wouldn't recommend celebrating special...

I recently dined at Gerry's Grill Metro East, and it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent, particularly the Adobo Flakes, Pancit Bihon, and Bangus Sisig, all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The Adobo Flakes were crispy and savory, the Pancit Bihon perfectly seasoned, and the Bangus Sisig had the right balance of tangy and creamy.

For dessert, I tried their Ube Macapuno and Mais con Yelo, and both were delicious! The Ube Macapuno was a sweet treat with just the right amount of creaminess, and the Mais con Yelo was refreshing, with a great mix of textures from the shaved ice and corn.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. The ambience was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. Overall, Gerry's Grill Metro East is a great place to enjoy quality Filipino dishes and...

... with my husband, we were at the metro east branch. the service was good, the wait staff was attentive and friendly, the food delivery was fast. the food we ordered was acceptable; my husband enjoyed the kaldareta, he said it was tender and well seasoned

if I can say just one thing more, the outlet did not look as well as some other gerry's we have tried. maybe we can visit more to get familiar with the restaurant. other than this, our overall experience was pleasant
