At approximately 1:59 PM, December 16, 2923, I placed an order at this location. After waiting for around 15 minutes, I couldn't help but notice that several customers who arrived after me were receiving their orders. Curious about the delay, I approached the counter at around 2:17 PM to observe the situation more closely.
During this observation, I noticed a peculiar pattern. My order tray, clearly marked with my receipt, was consistently overlooked by the staff. Despite being in plain sight, it seemed to be deliberately ignored. This continued until about 2:23 PM, when I felt compelled to remind the staff about my pending order.
One aspect of my visit that particularly stood out was the presence of my daughter, who is a person with a disability (PWD). This seems to be the only distinguishing factor between my situation and that of the other customers. I observed a staff member glance at my receipt and then seemingly choose to not proceed with my order.
While I do not wish to jump to conclusions, the sequence of events led me to feel a sense of differential treatment, a concern I find necessary to bring to your attention. The idea that any customer could receive less favorable service due to the company they keep is deeply troubling.
I am not seeking any form of compensation or specific resolution from this communication. Rather, my intent is to highlight an experience that starkly contrasts with the high standards of customer service and inclusivity I have come to associate with the Jollibee brand.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration to ensure that all customers, regardless of their circumstances, are treated with the fairness and respect they deserve.
