McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasig

We had the worst experience ever. This is the first time we tried using McDelivery since we always use Foodpanda. We waited 2 hrs for our food.

We order at McDelivery app, the estimated time of arrival is 12:51am-1:01am.

1:10am, we noticed that they are no progress with our order. They are still preparing it, and the rider hasn't pick it up yet.

1:16am, the McDelivery app messaged us in SMS saying that "there are no riders accepting the booking, and if we can still wait" we said "yes, we are willing to wait"

but 1:40am, there's still no progress with the order. we didn't even receive a reply from them, so we decided to make a follow up asking if we can just pick it up from their store. we waited until 2am for their response before calling them.

2am, we started calling them and by 2:09am they pick up the phone. saying that there are no riders picking up the order. we asked if we can just pick it up, they said yes. We decided to just pick it up, instead of just cancelling it because we knew they'll be charged for the food if we cancel.

2:25am, we arrived at their store. They asked us if we are there to pick up, we said yes and then they said if we can wait for a while. I waited for 10 minutes after I decided to follow up my concern, they ask what time we placed the order, I said around 12:45am. After that, he went into the kitchen. After 2 minutes, he went back outside to talk to me saying "for a while Ma'am, we are just 'preparing it' ", which was quite confusing because they said that there are just no available rider to pick up.

I thought if I pick it up into their store, I'll be able to get it immediately but what happened was even worst. I got my order at 3:10am, I placed it at 12:45am.

It was the worst experience ever. Waiting for your order for 2 hrs, not knowing if the staff's were telling the truth or nah.

We all know it's hard to work at a fast food chain, but this is just disappointing. This is our first time experiencing this.

Also the staffs don't have connections to each other, they lacked in communication, team work,...

The burgers need more vegetables. This branch do not meet the international franchise standards. However the burgers taste ok. The cleanliness is meeting MCD standards. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The best and most professional staff I ever mett in S E Asia. The Franchise owner might be the reason that I give 3 stars. If the 🍔 burgers improve "read more vegetables" I would give the Pasig Palengke branch full score. 5 out of 5 stars. If they do not improve McD should revoke the Franchise-holders contract and find a more suitable franchise holder. I look forward to see some improvement. Nuff...

I don't understand. I ate chicken and fries today to this branch and the chicken is so cold and of course not even crisp. It's like it's out on their kitchen for many days. The rice is also cold on my plate. The fries, also served parang ininit lang at kuluntoy na agad in a few minutes. Mas masarap pa yung fries sa labas namin. The gravy, sobrang labnaw and feels like I'm dipping my chicken into a water. This time, it's not worth a penny and I'm totally unsatisfied. This is the only McDonald's branch I had this experience with - so poor food service. McDonalds should be checking this on a...
