The service here was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made the dining experience truly enjoyable. The ambiance was delightful, warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal. The portions were generous, leaving me completely satisfied, though I was tempted to try the churros, which looked amazing. I’ll definitely be back to sample them next time! Only tried the breakfast, which was very nice. The had a few options for food which were all nice, including fruits, cold cuts, some pastry, and drinks. The main dishes for breakfast were good. We didn’t get to try the main dishes for lunch or dinner but people at the hotel all told us they are good. We even heard some people were staying in the four points by Sheraton but preferred the food here due to the more traditional dishes. Utter disappointment. We ordered the seafood platter and the mussels were too dry and overcooked. The other seafood tasted bland. Only the tuna was okay. Pork was out of the menu for some reason. My mother ordered the beef donburi and it took a whole 45 minutes to get served. 🤦

Ambiance is pretty good but service needs a lot of improvement. When they make a mistake with the orders they don't apologize at all. Not sure what the good reviews were about.
