Pho Hoa has been our favorite Vietnamese restaurant since they started back in late 90's. We love their soup noodles, their wraps, their lemonade of course, and some other grilled dishes. My favorite is the big bowl (which they call a regular size) of pho nam gan. That has been my usual order whenever we dine in at Pho Hoa. Eventually, I have been ordering the more complete type, the pho chin nam gan bo vien. Just add all those bean sprouts, basil leaves, lemon plus add some sriracha, that's how I prepare it. That regular size bowl is good for two, but honestly, I can finish it all by myself. Hehehe The crew at this branch is courteous and they will recommend their best sellers if in case you are new to Pho Hoa. Try their stuffed chicken and minced chicken and mushroom, plus their ripe mango shape. It's all good. They set up your table nice and neat, right after you order. The place is well-maintained and everything is in order. We dined in around past 4pm recently and we were the only customer at that time, but we noticed they have a lot of orders thru different delivery riders. Still, they managed to take our orders. Drop by Pho Hoa Ayala Cloverleaf if you're near the area and enjoy all their great dishes. You'll love it, for sure. Their pho is a comfort...
Read moreFragrant and flavorfull broth. Portioning of the thinly sliced beef is quite generous. the rice noodles is firm with just the right slippery texture and bite to it. Aromatic smell from the spices enhances the flavor profile of the pho dish. No wonder this place is always packed. Its not a big place to begin with but thankfully the turnover is fast. Service is good but then again I rather base my review on the food which is a constant factor as staff come and go. Price points is ok. Large items on their menu and yet serving time is fast. The pho here is really good. Add a generous amount of Sriracha to the broth and its a clear winner. Relocated to a bigger space now at the 2nd floor...
Read moreI cannot believe this place gets the ratings that it has. The broth was not even mid. Instead, it worst pho broth I’ve had—by far. A small amount of noodles and they weren’t even good rice noodles. Rice noodles are so cheap so why so little?
Rice paper rolls were not tight, so you had to hold them a certain way or they fall apart. Which is what happened when I picked up the first one thinking I could dip it in peanut sauce.
For ₽1,400 I expected way better. Never again will I return. I suggest you look elsewhere unless you...
