Dropped by to get a cake for our sister's birthday and decided to have a late lunch. Maybe 1/3 full of customers well after standard lunch time. Plenty of staff around. Took forever to get the waiter to take our order (shared salad, club sandwich, San Mig pilsner, two halo-halo)
Told us 25 minutes (!)
First day making a sandwich, I guess. Brought the halo-halo out first and fought us when we protested. The San Mig never showed, and we finally had to try to hijack our own tubig before the waiter showed up with a water pitcher. Salad arrived next (supposed to be served together) and the sandwich - not yet, and I've been writing this for awhile. Didn't have big expectations for the food, but they even missed that low bar.
Exceptionally nice building with a beautiful Blue Ridge terrace, great facility, but the staff was only present in body. Seems like Manila has a ready and willing workforce wanting to get back to normal operations, but you would never suspect it from encountering this crew of sales-prevention experts.
Stop by for a piece of cake, maybe a coffee, enjoy the nice view, but order food at your own risk. You have been warned.

But the food is too salty. They over timpla the baked salmon and prawns. 1/4 lang nakain ko sa salmon. We really regret ordering it. And for the prawns, I love prawns so I decided to eat it (lunok then water para deadma sa alat). Same comments of my friends I’m dining with. (Not the first time we’re ordering the salmon and prawns btw). It’s our go to food sa Conti’s Greenbelt.
Waiting time is deadly. Was promised 15-25 minutes, but we got our order for about an hour with lots of followup with the crew.
Very poor service.
Service was very slow. Asking for water took time, even for extra spoon and fork. Ang hassle to request paulit ulit. (To think na hindi naman crowded that time).
Mange bravo lost its magic taste. :(
Bawi na lang sa pastries, cheese and chicken puffs were good,...

The dining area had a setup reminiscent of a fast-food joint, which set the tone for what was to come. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. It seemed like everything had been precooked and merely reheated before reaching our table.
The beef salpicao was tough and challenging to enjoy, while the lasagna, chicken ala Kiev, and baked salmon were all disappointingly dry. The crispy pork suffered the same fate, though the peanut sauce managed to rescue it just a little. Overall, we left feeling quite underwhelmed by the culinary offerings.
To top it off, our server visited our table twice but brought us the wrong orders, forcing us to send them back. And to add to the frustration, there was no ice available, which meant no drinks for us. All in all, it was a rather disappointing...
