Greenwich — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had a late lunch (about 2pm) yesterday (May 26/Sunday) at the Visayas Ave Vasra, Q.C. branch. The service was very bad considering only 3 tables were being served when we arrived. The ordering process was pretty fast and i immediately requested for water from the cashier, explaining that i was feeling dizzy already. We secured a table good for 5 where the floor was dirty with food scraps so i had to ask one of the crew to clean-up before our food arrives. We had no option to move as the next table was still being cleaned. The crew was kind enough to sweep up our area but it took awhile as spaghetti noodles & rice were stuck on some of the chair legs.

After 10 mins of waiting, our 2 orders of lasagna and 1 order of chicken & potato waves were served (without the sour cream dip) - but no water. We followed up the water thru both the cashier and the crew/server but after waiting a few more mins, still no water. I could see from our table that there were 2 full pitchers of water at the drinking station so i was wondering why they had not served our water. No apologies or explanation from the cashier & server.

Having waited long enough, i decided to fetch water for my family. Unfortunately, there was only one glass turned bottoms up which i was forced to take as i was really thirsty/dehydrated. I came back to the table and explained to my family why i couldn't get water for them. The rest of our food orders were finally served, still no water. More follow-up, then water was finally served just as we were finishing our meal.

We will never dine at this branch again. We believe there are other customers out there who have had similar experiences.

We're not sure if the owner is aware of the dismal service at his branch but we hope this review gets...

the place looks cool and modern, and new and it has the coolest airconditioners (so you know where to eat when it's scorching hot and you're around visayas avenue). It has two floors of dining area, but the ground floor feels crowded. Especially during peak hours (lunchtime and dinnertime), most of the time, the second floor is closed to the public too so that's a problem.

tables are too little (we ate there more than 5 times and that's still a problem for me, especially if it's a big group of people eating, and you ordered a lot of food.). The floor to ceiling window is also nice, and saves up by not using the indoor lights during the day, but it can be a bit too bright, especially during afternoons.

service is okay. not much waiters around so you have to wait a bit before...

Food was okay for me. Portions are quite small. Clean restroom but stinky handwash area (idk why). The place is clean and the crew are friendly and attentive.

The chicken looks okay. It's juicy and garlicky although the portion size is so small for its price (roughly 300 for 2 small chicken pieces). The lasagna tastes okay, meaty sauce and bagay sa garlic bread. Pizza saves the day though, cheesy and meaty.

Mas masarap lang daw ang hot sauce ng pizza hut talaga hahaha.
