Jollibee East Avenue — Restaurant in Quezon City

I am completely unhappy with their service. On the last 19th of Sep, we are looking for a place where we could dine. PRRD announced that dine-in would be available but limited. We went from Rizal to Pasig and saw this jabee branch. I asked them if we could dine in, they said "no". Then I said to my mind, 'okie thats fine'. Then I asked for 2 chairs where we could eat at least outside of their branch; however, they said that they cant provide any chairs for us to sit in. Imagine how frustrating it would be???? You went from travel, got hungry when about to go home, it's raining during that time and we asked for their compassion to let us have a seat outside while we are eating but then they never accommodate us. This is the WORST JOLLIBEE BRANCH I HAVE EVER BEEN. VERY VERY WOOOORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS...

January 18 2022 I ordered food worth 596 pesos. thru food panda, but the rider doesn't know where exactly he will deliver the food .because he can't really find the exact adress on google ..so the rider left. I just sent the food back to the rider on Jollibee East Avenue and talked to the MANAGER If there is ANOTHER option. It's good that the manager, Enrico C. Santos is very SMART and VERY kind... . He immediately made a way for me to be able to deliver the food to me right away. I hope all the managers are like Mr.Enrico Santos,, because he is very smart and he also explained the options well ..

I decided to go back home but before doing so, I decided to eat in Jollibee East Avenue. Weather was fine, sun was brightly shining.

There were some seats still vacant. There were not so many people but the cashiers were busy with some bulk orders. The wait was tolerable.
