Jollibee Mayon — Restaurant in Quezon City

Cold food was served. Rice and fries were cold that my partner was not able to finish the meal.

Long wait due to negligence in processing orders. crew member asked if we can wait 15 minutes for the burger, we said yes. We waited around 30 minutes just to find out one of our orders were not yet being prepared so we waited another half hour.

Out of order comfort rooms and second floor is not accessible. They provided pagers but they were not able to use them since customers were always asking to follow up on their orders. Some staffs were not in uniform. Air-conditioning systems are not functioning well. Random things like parts of air-conditioning system are placed beside tables. Has an unpleasant smell.

Me and my partner tried to be understanding and kind with them. However, staff doesn't take job seriously. They tend to have personal conversations and jokes affect their tasks at hand.

Does not compensate for the absence of ketchup for the fries. I even requested gravy to be paired with the fries but the staff said that they only serve fries for orders with chicken only. So we ate the fries, cold and dry as freak.

WORST BRANCH SO FAR IN QC!

We always go here when I was a kid until now that I am 21. Way back, this branch was good. I go here with my grandparents. But now, this branch is so lame and chaotic. We had many orders that had deficiencies and issues and the management has no care at all. We did a survey on their website and no apologies from their manager or whoever is handling the lame crews here.

I saw as well that one of the crew in the kitchen is preparing yumburger BARE HANDS! Food that is ready to eat is not allowed to be touched by bare hands. The atmosphere is gross. Airconditions were not in conditions. LOL

I hope the owner or company of this branch does...

No thigh part EVERY SINGLE TIME that we come to this place! I don't know if it's management tactics coz in the nearby branch they do have thigh parts. The guards and the crews lack the brand's warm welcome and signature smile. Back in the days when I used to be a cashier in a Jollibee branch in QC, all crews and guards gave out the warmest infectious smiles to each and every customers. Loved Jollibee then, love Jollibee now, that's why I just wish Welcome Rotonda branch do something about this as it is the nearest branch to us and my daughter likes coming here...
