Jollibee — Restaurant in Quezon City

Had to wait 30 mins just to place my order, and another 15 mins to get it cooked. I’m not sure if you can consider this branch a fast food chain anymore.

Then what do I get?

Fries that are not freshly cooked, cold, ang tigas and medyo maalat. Had to park by the side kasi mali yung order na nabigay Spilled gravy all over kasi somehow, they forgot to seal the gravy container with tape, but they did with the burger steak sauce.

This branch really needs better supervising.

I went to Jollibee last Sunday and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this branch. I ordered a box of 6 Chickenjoy and specifically requested for leg and thigh parts. Despite making that clear, I was still served 6 breast parts instead.

On top of that, the service was very slow and the staff’s customer service was really disappointing. They didn’t seem attentive or accommodating at all.

This has to be one of the worst Jollibee branches I’ve been to. Definitely not the kind of service and quality I expect...

Usad pagong ang pagorder. 3 managers on duty and a lot of crews are there too. But it's taking them forever to dispatch the orders.

We went back to dine, they don't give plates anymore? Instead they gave us a paper box torn into half, totoo ba jollibee? Nagmahal mga pagkain nyo and yet the service is still poor most specially in this branch. Way tooooooooooo looooooonngg for the order to be serve.
