Parking is just outside. There’s a guard that will assist you but there’s another person who is a self-declared parking finder. This guy can be very annoying even though he did not assist us in anyway to park since we have a driver and we were the first customer to arrive and this guy wasn’t even there yet. The guards can see that he is obviously taking advantage of the customers but this guy is persistent. I hope the management does something about it.
We arrived 30 minutes early, the male guard was very helpful and accommodating. The female guard asked for our vaccine card. Only fully vaccinated customers can eat inside the restaurant. There is Al fresco dining available but there are mosquitoes and insects outside so bring off lotion. I say this because we waited to be seated since we arrived early and I had so many mosquito bites in my arm and legs by the time I went inside the restaurant so if you want to eat al fresco, use off lotion or pray that the insects will spare you.
Social distancing is practiced. Food arrived at a decent amount of time. Credit card payment is accepted. I ate here before and went back for the omu rice. Sadly, the omu rice was not as good as I remembered. Our bill is P3000 for 5 people. There is service charge incorporated in the bill on top of the necessary taxes so extra tip is at your discretion.
House tea is satisfactory and you can ask for it as...
Read moreOne of our favorite Japanese restaurants, serving authentic dishes. We ordered for chasyu ramen, tonkotsu ramen, miso jiru, kani salad, gyoza, California maki, crazy maki, gyu don and ika fry. The tonkatsu ramen was great, big serving. Chasyu ramen was lacking something, like more umami, but still, big serving. Crazy maki was really crazy in serving and it was good! We love the gyoza by the way. The taste is on point and it's not the typical gyoza that you get from usual Japanese restaurants, this one is very good! Service was fast and waiters were all courteous and they attend to your needs "right away", just as the way they respond to you once you ordered for something. As always, this restaurant is always full, so better have a reservation a day before you drop by. You can just walk in though even without a reservation, but if it's the peak hour, don't expect to be seated right away. They also have teppanyaki area. Somehow, they still need to work on their airconditioning, as not all parts of the place is cold. They have expanded their area by the way. Parking area is street parking. So park at your own risk. Guards will assist you though, just don't forget to tip them...
Read moreA must visit rare place in Banawe Quezon City where you can enjoy real great japanese food. Great selection on thier menu items which is all delectable and I must say that their serving size is above average. They offer both indoor and al-fresco dining experience. The restaurant I believe is a make shift from being a big residential home. Though only retro-fitted, it ambience gives a Japanese setting specially at night where all the themed lanterns light up your tables. Menu offers, wide variety of sushi, sashimi, deep-fried items, even Chankonabe (Japanese stew where commonly eaten by Sumo wrestlers). But make no mistake this soup is really healthy for your diet. Parking is no problem since they have a exclusive slots available within the perimeter of the property and a security guard will assist you. Only rant is the staff, only one moving around at the al-fresco dining area for at least around 10 tables so its really hard to ask for orders or assistance. Hoping this could be improved to better enjoy our dining experience...
