We recently held a joint birthday celebration for my niece and nephew at Jollibee D. Tuazon, and I regret to say it was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. This was not our first time organizing a Jollibee birthday partyâmany of our family and friends, including myself, have celebrated birthdays with your brand, so we knew what to expect. Unfortunately, this branch failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Due to unavoidable traffic conditions and inclement weather as we traveled from Bulacan, we arrived later than expected. I was in constant communication with my brotherâs partner, who was already at the venue along with several guests who had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes. In an attempt to ease the delay, I instructed him to request for an extension of timeâwith full willingness to pay for it. We were told this was not possible due to another scheduled party after ours. Understanding that, I then asked the staff to start the party without the celebrants, just so guests wouldnât wait longer. To my surprise and frustration, the staff refused to begin the party, stating that they had to wait for the celebrants to arrive. I even spoke with a staff member personally to explain that they could welcome the celebrants later and simply start the games or activities, but they still refused. It took persistent insistence before they finally started the partyâjust 10 minutes before we arrived. This delay could have been avoided if they had listened and acted professionally. The venue itself was too small for the 100 guests we had paid and planned for. Several guests were left standing due to a lack of seating. It was disorganized and chaotic. The party host was untrained and unprepared. She failed to acknowledge or involve the parents or family members of the celebrants for birthday messages or introductions. The games were dull and uninspired. We paid for five mascots, yet the family did not even get a proper photo opportunity with them. The mascots came, danced briefly, took photos with a few random guests, and were then rushed off by the host without any coordination. Even the distribution of giveaways was a mess. I ordered the Kiddie Meals with toys, only to be informed on the day itself that they had run out of boxes. This party was booked a month in advanceâhow could this happen? The giveaways were handed out haphazardly, with kids rushing forward as the host failed to organize or guide the process. No queues, no systemâit was total chaos. And then came the final blowâthe staff began clearing food from tables, including meals that hadnât even been touched, like mine and my nieceâs, the celebrant! I understand time constraints due to another event, but the least they could have done was to ask if it was okay before clearing paid and untouched meals. The lack of courtesy and common sense was truly appalling. Lastly, the music played was not suitable for a children's partyâloud and more suited for street events than a birthday celebration. Overall, our experience at Jollibee D. Tuazon was a complete disaster. Poor staff training, disorganized execution, lack of professionalism, and zero consideration for the customersâ concerns turned what should have been a joyous occasion into a stressful and upsetting one. Staff are corteous and generally nice, including the guards, who open doors for customers coming in and out of the store. Store is very clean. Parang maam yata ang tawag nila sa babaeng ito na gumalaw sa machine na hindi manlang kami inabisuhan na may gagawin sya sa machine... Nagmukaha kaming tanga dahil nabasa namin sa machine ay TO NEXT COUNTER PLEASE... Ganon ba kabastos ang mga Opisyal ng Jollibee...? Hindi ba dapat ang ginawa nila ay hinold muna ang pila sa machine upang wala nang pumila dun at tapusin munang serbisyuhan ang mga nakapila bago itigil.
