This Filipino Buffet can be located near Quezon City Hall and across Puregold Jr. along the busy road of Kalayaan Avenue (QC).
Currently, being renovated (since the lightings are not yet finished) but business as usual.
The price is affordable just like Cabalen and food choices are significantly the same too (not the dishes being served but the number of dishes).
The taste is still acceptable but some are nicely cooked and prepared.
Previously, the foods are not presentable as they are not particular with it. Now, since it under renovation, at least it improved.
Staff Feedback: I am disappointed! Attentive when billing out, in terms of busting out of used utensils, glasses and plates even the customers left for more than 10 minutes, they not even bother cleaning it right away!
One action that made me felt insulted, a staff asked my bestfriend to take away our used plates, he agreed. He removed the plates and on one small plate my utensils sit on top of it. He first took the my utensils and just dropped it in front of me like no one was there. My bestfriend and I just looked each other after that incident. We were shookt and we immediately lost our appetite then left.
I am guessing now, what was that for? Do you think the action was in the norms? If that was normal to you, DO NOT bring it there cause it was NOT!
To the Management, retrain your staff properly. They are the Frontliners and Face of your Restaurant. Wrong actions will result to negative impacts. Remind them to smile to the customers as they are in Poker Face most of the time. Remind them to greet. Teach them to bust out after the customers left, to maintain cleanliness. Teach them right decorum in serving customers. NOT just mere serving customers like in a Carinderia.
I do not comment this long but with what happened, definitely,...
Read morePlease do not waste your 499 pesos in this restaurant. 499/head is not worth it. Their food tastes bland. Desserts were not good and it was obvious that the ingredients that they used were "tinipid" especially for their maja blanca that lacked flavor. Food viands are typical filipino dishes that you can find in your local carinderia but i'm sure your local carinderia can cook better tasting dishes than them. Their food was also obviously reheated and recycled because most of their dishes didn't taste fresh. Service was meh. Staffs seem unhappy in their jobs and the vibe of the restaurant was depressing. They even didn't have the effort to refill the ice in the ice chest at the drinks station and I needed to call the attention of one of their staffs to refill the ice. We went there to try their unli tempura but behold, there was no tempura on site. They just gave us a few plates of tempura in each table to share among ourselves and just told us that the tempura was "complementary". Moral of the story, do not believe these food vloggers in instagram/facebook that pretend that this restaurant is ok. We ended our dinner around 745pm but not even 1/4 of the resto was filled up. Says a lot. UPDATE: My wife told me that their women's bathroom was not clean at all. There was urine at the floor and someone pee-ed at the floor of the women's bathroom before her. And their bagoong...
