Spacious bar on the top floor M28 Hotel, Mapagmahal St. Accessible via elevator. Friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks, usual bar chow and silog fare. Visited on a slow weekday night and the cook had already gone home, so we only ordered beer and kropek (fish crackers). They probably have different menus for breakfast and lunch times.
