Our Home SM North Edsa — Local services in Quezon City

I had a very disappointing experience with OurHome - North EDSA. I purchased a dark gray double-size Garion bed frame (along with a Perfect Sleeper Ambassador mattress and Molly accent chair) last December 23, 2017. I repeatedly asked the store personnel if the items were available and they kept on reassuring me of the items' availability. I scheduled the delivery of the items on January 13. I called the store on December 27 to ask if the items were available. I even went to the store twice (January 3 and January 7) just to make sure that the items were available. Then, today (January 8 ) i called again to ask if the items are ready for delivery on January 13, only to find out that the dark gray Garion bed frame I purchased and paid for IS NOT AVAILABLE! Such a lousy customer service. I paid the items 3 weeks before scheduled delivery, checked their availability at least 4 times, and this is what I get. INCONVENIENCE! I have lost my trust for this store. And I have lost interest in the items I have purchased. Those items are not cheap. I should have bought from other...
