We had to check in at midnight due to a power outage in our area, and thankfully this hotel still had availability. I booked through Agoda and was hoping for a smooth stay — unfortunately, it was far from it.||Upon arrival, the lobby was extremely hot. While I understand it was already late and there were no other guests around, it would have made a big difference to have at least a fan running, especially knowing that late check-ins can still happen.||The front desk staff didn’t seem welcoming at all — no smile, no warmth, and looked like he didn’t want to be there. Check-in took longer than expected, as we had requested for the beds to be combined (since a queen room wasn’t available) and we were traveling with a newborn.||Once we got to the room, it was hot, but we initially thought it just needed time to cool. After nearly an hour, the room was still uncomfortably warm, with the air conditioning turning on and off. We called the front desk for assistance — he said maintenance would check. After several follow-ups and a long wait, no one arrived. Then, shockingly, the front desk disconnected our call!||My husband had to go down personally to follow up. At first, the staff didn’t want to transfer us, but after some discussion, he finally agreed. When we asked why our call was cut off, he had no answer.||Thankfully, the new room had working air conditioning and was much more comfortable — but the whole ordeal was stressful and completely avoidable, especially with a baby.||As hoteliers ourselves, we understand how hospitality should work — and this wasn’t it. There are many budget-friendly hotels that offer far better service. Unfortunately, we cannot...

Pros||Veryyy convenient location near EDSA Carousel and SM North EDSA—easy access to transport and GrabFood deliveries||Smooth, hassle-free check-in that saved me time and energy||Clean rooms with fresh linens and towels (contrary to some negative reviews, mine were spotless and well-maintained)||On-site café for light meals and snacks, perfect for quick bites between study sessions||7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk away, great for quick essentials and late-night snacks||Friendly and helpful staff both at the hotel and café||Massage service on-site, highly recommended if you like firm pressure—very sulit after long hours of studying||Cons||Air conditioning worked well but had a minor leak—didn’t bother me much but worth mentioning in case it worsens||Bathroom and toilet space are quite small, might be uncomfortable for those who prefer more room||Housekeeping is only available during fixed hours, so getting your room cleaned can be difficult if you’re out during those times||No dedicated study space in the room; you’ll need to study on the bed, use the small wardrobe table (which lacks proper lighting, so bring a lamp), or study in the café||Okay||The café has a limited menu, offering mostly basic comfort food like all-day breakfast, sandwiches, and snacks||Open from 7 AM to 5 PM, it’s not a fancy dining spot but provides simple, filling meals and a relaxed atmosphere||Would you like me to help format this for a specific website or add a quick overall summary?||Get smarter...

My stay at Go Hotels Quezon Ave branch provided an average experience considering the price. However, if you're on a tighter budget, I'd recommend considering Hotel Sogo, which offers lower rates and, in my opinion, better quality. I made my reservation through the Agoda app because their website was experiencing issues during the payment process. It's unfortunate because they were offering a promotion for direct bookings through their website.

Pros: Conveniently located near Trinoma & SM North EDSA, albeit requiring a short walk. Close proximity to 7/11, Savemore, and Andoks. Rooms include a TV, hangers, and effective air conditioning. I appreciated the natural sunlight provided by the windows in my rooms.

Cons: Pillows were not as fluffy as desired. Limited amenities provided; notably lacking slippers, a table, and a small chair only provided. Showers experienced drainage issues. WIFI connection was slow. Rooms are deteriorating, with the presence of moth flies. Sheets and towels showed signs of wear, with noticeable stains and loss of whiteness. Although there was a water dispenser on each floor, the cold water wasn't functioning on my floor. Due to its proximity to EDSA highway, noise from passing cars and traffic...

The hotel room that was provided to me is filthy, it wasn't prepared well, I decided to just continue my stay Kasi nanghihinayang nmn Ako sa binayad ko... I have my evidences of what I saw from my room I even took pictures and videos. I checked in 5am October 25 2024 but they said that my booking is good for 2pm check in but I asked if they have a early check in, they said yes but there's a charge of 680.00 another charge if I will request for a single large bed because I booked a room with two single beds... The bed near the closet was filthy it has a drool stain on it.. I checked the other bed near the window it looks clean so I used it.. I check the interior wall, I noticed a hair I dunno where the hair came from maybe a guest sticked it in the wall near the full body mirror, also a hair just the same sa wall sa side Ng mirror Ang Nakita ko nakadikit sa wall Ng shower room... It looks nasty and disgusting knowing na binaboy at Hindi manlang nilinis Ng mabuti ung provided for me.. I just think that as a guest every guest should be treated equally... I even bought a room spray para I spray ko sa mabahong room... I'm so disappointed...

This was, hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We couldn’t even stay for 15 minutes before deciding to leave — that’s how bad it was. 🚫 Parking? They charge ₱105 per night, as if you're not already a paying guest. 🚫 Elevator? Filthy and clearly neglected. 🚫 Lobby? Hot, gloomy, and totally uninviting. 🚫 Hallways? Dimly lit and downright creepy — not somewhere you’d feel safe walking through. 🚫 The room? Absolutely disgusting. Dirty beyond acceptable standards. Just take a look at the photos — they speak for themselves. The only silver lining was that Agoda's customer service helped us get a refund for our 2-night stay — which we immediately canceled. 💬 Bottom line: Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth your money, your time, or your peace of mind.
