We've been loyal customers of Max's, we often choose this branch due to its proximity to our home. However, during our recent lunch visit a week ago, what should have been a one-hour meal stretched into a frustrating three-hour ordeal primarily due to delayed food service. Additionally, our dessert order took 45 minutes to arrive, further exemplifying the poor service quality. Not to mention few of our orders were incorrect but didn't make a big deal out of it.
