McDonald's Munoz — Restaurant in Quezon City

Bad service, I ordered and paid a Spicy chicken and explicitly asked for a non-wing part which they acknowledged. My order arrived and to my surprise they gave me a wing part which was not my order. I asked them to change it right away as that wasn't the one I ordered. They returned to our table to tell me that there were no other parts for the spicy chicken variant apart from wings. Then, I told them to replace it with the regular one. They gave me a small behind part of the chicken which is quite insulting because my friends did get big chicken parts and what they were offering me are parts where you can barely eat something. I end up eating a small regular wing part as they did not give me the spicy the one that I paid for. When I returned to my seat, my mcflurry melted already. That experience is just as disappointing as the food they served to me. The first time that I didn't enjoy the favorite things I only order from this fastfood chain. Poor customer service, poor active listening. It was 12 high noon and they are already running out of chicken parts to offer. Definitely, a branch NOT...

Uneducated stuff don't know how the order system is working. I ordered at the Touch Screen and selected a table number which is available next to the screen and went upstairs to wait for my order with the number which I placed on my table. The order didn' t came. 15 minutes later I asked for my order. They wait for me at the counter and cancel the order. So they prepare it again. So slowly that the food was cold because it was 5 minutes at the counter and they start to prepare the Coffee. I asked to bring the Coffee upstairs but they didn't. My wife went to the counter and Pick it up. Meanwhile the spaghetti 🍝 were cold. Worse service, stuff need Training. Empty Ballons 🎈 falling on the floor - ambiente? No Coke Zero available. Area has a smell that ruins the dining experience. This is the nearest Mcdonald's where I live and even though they renovated something smells awful when going in and out of the place; and that's just the dining experience wait until I tell you about the delivery service. They're always late, always calls in to ask for extra time and still comes late. Many times they've messed up my order and even served me rotten food once.
