McDonald's NXTGEN — Restaurant in Quezon City

Out of all the Mcdo branches I’ve been, this branch offers the POOREST customer service. I do not expect a FIVE star service but even the bare minimum is not being provided by this branch. They should learn from the customer service provided by McDo Del Monte branch (very commendable).

The staffers aren’t well trained enough about their offerings. I asked for a refill for my large brewed coffee, but they just declined saying “we don’t give coffee refills.” There is also another time where their coffee is TOO BLAND as if I am drinking water.

Recently, I ordered for my father with a PWD ID, the cashier just neglected it and punched it as a regular transaction.

Extra request such as asking for a glass of water was stressful as well because “nagdadabog” ang cashier....

This branch does not reach even the minimum standards of Mcdonalds. Cashier was so slow, manager looks so grumpy towards his staffs and does not even acknowledge customers even they are in reach to atleast look and smile at them, so definitely their staff will just mirror the managers behavior . The store temperature is so hot, it took only a few minutes to melt my sundae upon serving. I was expecting a cool ambiance upon entering your store after a long ride under the sun. Fries and burger is served warm, their for here reusable cups smells like spoiled saliva and the spaghetti does not taste like the usual spaghetti...

Place was nearly empty when we got there.... All of a sudden it seemed like rush hour at midnight on a Saturday night.... The coke float was horrendous... They just added a pinch of chocalate fudge... They refused to give us a straw until my Babygirl insisted.... The chicken nuggets had a weird colour.....the French fries was so-so.... And there was no air conditioner.... It was much cooler outside. Not...
