If there’s an option for No Star at all I will. I just dine here for memories since I grew up going to this place, but it ended up not wanting to ever eat in mcdo in ph ever again.
First issue: I never had a problem ordering from the KIOSK before in different country but idk why they cannot get my order right, starting from the drinks.
Second Issue: I asked for straw. it’s my first time eating in mcdo ever since I land to Philippines, so I don’t have an idea that even for straw they cannot provide while dining in (ps. since the other fast food chain we went to is providing one) they mentioned to me it’s only for take away, and I said oh really. it was quite okay and thinking i should ask for a take away instead, since i’ll go outside after few minutes But this service (even though it’s a very poor service) crew added that I should use a spoon for my drink instead (she said it in sarcastic tone) , like what the hell. I was so pissed.
3rd issue: I left my mom (since she is still eating) and the baby in mcdo to go outside. they closed the ac from that floor and when I came back it’s so freaking hot. ( We ordered bunch of food and there’s other customers in the 2nd floor as well) they should never close the ac when there’s a customer/s dining in.
Food wise: All of the coffee we ordered is bland it taste like instant coffee with a lot of water. The rice meal, is salty. Idk if it’s really standard taste of the mcdo now in ph. + they served it cold. Fries (mcdo is well known for their fries) But with this one it’s better to buy from the...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this McDonald’s branch for a long time, and I have to say, their service has been consistently disappointing. We regularly order from them, but every single time, there’s something missing from our order. They never take accountability for these mistakes, nor do they offer an apology. It’s frustrating that this pattern of poor service keeps repeating, with no improvement.
There was also an incident where one of my coworkers was asked to leave the restaurant just because their order was for take-out. The manager wouldn’t even let them finish their meal before insisting they couldn’t eat inside. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the refill station for gravy was malfunctioning, and there was no warning to customers. As a result, some people got splashed with hot gravy because the pump was broken. It’s dangerous and shows how little they care about customer safety.

I ordered on Christmas day of 2024 via FoodPanda for pickup. When I was still on the way, I noticed my order status in the app has been marked as collected. I thought they mistakenly updated the status. When I arrived to claim my order, the supervisor then realized that the man who claimed my order a few minutes ago is not authorized to do so.
The supervisor immediately apologized and asked me to wait as she needed time to prepare my order again. My order came quickly, I think only around 5 -10 minutes wait time.
She then asked the guard to review their CCTV to take note of the man who claimed my order. I don’t know what happened afterwards.
