Pepper Lunch Eastwood — Restaurant in Quezon City

NOT PWD FRIENDLY. BAD APPROACH FROM THE CREW happened 7:28PM DEC 3, 2023.

Situation: There were no lines at all at the cashier, and we found a vacant table. We politely asked the crew to clean the vacant table, but he said we need to go back to the line (walang line at that moment), and we cant take the table yet even though there no customers in line.

We informed him that we have a PWD companion, yet he insisted that we can't take the table. In return my father who is a pwd had to walk back and we decided to leave the place because we are not pleasantly welcomed and even pushed to go back to the line despite saying that we have a pwd companion.

This is the only Pepper Lunch place that treated us this way. The branch with more customers even had better customer management. 🙄

I came in yesterday morning. The employee assisting me was very nice and attentive. She asked me considerate questions like if I wanted my dessert after my meal or served immediately, and explained the different condiments on the table.

The food was quickly served and the place was clean. No sticky tables or floor.

The molten chocolate cake was delicious and the presentation was cute.

My only complaint is the main meal. I had pepper beef, upgraded it to a meal and made it jumbo. For its price, and considering it was already upgraded to a larger serving, the serving was for a child. It was small. The only thing big was the plate. I paid around 600+ pesos and yet I still had to stop by Mcdonalds to grab a quick burger.
