If there could be a rating of 0 or negative that would be my rating for this Rodics UP Diliman branch. I ordered tapa and salmon head soup. Unfortunately, their tapa rice had a broken glass that broke my front tooth. I didn't get any apologies from the crew who cooked or served me, they just blamed their rice supplier that it came from their sack of rice (at that point I am already worried for other customers, because the staff knew there were broken glasses but they still didn't replace their supplier). I was even insulted by one of the serving crew telling me that the glass broke my tooth because it was only a porcelain jacket (this cost me 39k to be replaced and Rodics didn't provide any form of compensation or apologies at all). It took me 1 wk to give them time to finish their investigation but it feels like I am obligated to share this experience to the public for their own sake. I am still waiting for a response from the management. I will update this review if I get a good response from...

Found their lutong-bahay food overpriced without the taste to justify it. On a positive note, appreciated the complimentary broth and flavorful spiced vinegar. Wouldn't recommend; for silog cravings, I'd...
