We usually pass by this place, and we would always promise ourselves that one day we're going to drop in.
Well, we finally did (before the 2021 ECQ).
We had their fried chicken, pakbet, garlic rice and pork asado.
The chicken was really good. It was fried just right. Skin was thin and crispy, and the meat was tender and moist.
The asado was also good. It was soft and the portion served to us has this tiny line of fat in it. The pakbet with the lechon kawali in it is also delicious. The vegetables were just cooked right. There still some bite in it, which is what we like.
For the garlic rice, there's a bit of smokiness in it and it wasn't too oily.
So the food is pretty good.
The service is quick, and the lone waiter was really attentive. Parking may be a problem though since it only allows for one SUV or two small cars.
