Shakey's Pizza Parlor - SM City Novaliches — Restaurant in Quezon City

I’m extremely disappointed with the preparation time for my recent order. I placed a very simple order—just one lasagna and one s’mores—and it took almost two hours just to prepare. That’s not delivery time, just prep time, which is completely unacceptable for such a small and straightforward order.

What makes this worse is that it wasn’t even during a busy weekend. On a regular weekday, I would expect much faster and more efficient service. There was no update or explanation from the restaurant either, which shows a lack of regard for the customer experience.

This level of delay suggests serious issues in your kitchen operations. If such a basic order takes this long, I can only imagine how long larger ones would. I hope the management takes this seriously and implements changes to improve efficiency and communication moving forward. We were not even given the accord to place our order since they were forcing us to seat in a cramped place and avoided/unpteferred table. There are other vacant seats but seems are not being oferred to any customer.

Very poor and rude handling of senior citizen customers. They didn't give us their menu voluntarily until we asked. When about to order, we were again forced to seat in that same uncomfortable place by the seem to be "manager" and so we decided to leave and find a better place where immediately offered us the best seat and handed us the menu in no time.

SHAKEYS SM CITY NOVALICHES SHOULD REPLACE THE MANAGER AND STAFF IN THIS BRANCH OR YET REVOKE THE FRANCHISE AND LET ANOTHER FRANCHISEE...

As pizza lovers, Shakey's is among the classic pizza shops we love coming back from time to time.

This time in Shakey's SM Novaliches, we had a great experience as well, especially because of the credit card 50% off promo.

We ordered half half of Angus steakhouse pizza and the scallop primo pizza. We added prima lasagna, chicken family pack, and shrimp aglio olio pasta and house blend iced tea.

Everything was delicious. Waiting time is not that long.
