Shakey's Pizza Parlor Commonwealth — Restaurant in Quezon City

This review pertains to my daughter's first birthday celebration, which took place on August 9 of this year. Prior to the event, we had a discussion with one of the managers at Shakey's Batasan, named Sir Aljoe. We informed him that the gathering would be suitable for 90 guests, to which he responded that it was acceptable, but some guests would need to dine in, as the venue could only accommodate up to 80 people. We reached an agreement, and I specified that the pizza flavors should be half Hawaiian and creamy spinach, considering that some guests do not consume pork. He concurred with this arrangement. During the party, the host inquired if the food could be prepared before the event, to which I affirmed, knowing it was the food we had agreed upon. Additionally, the seating was only adequate for 60 guests, necessitating the addition of more chairs and tables while guests were present in the venue, which caused discomfort as some were left standing and searching for available seats. The food service was disorganized, allowing guests to serve themselves, which resulted in insufficient food despite ordering more than the number of invited guests. Consequently, the overall experience was quite stressful, yet we maintained our smiles, wishing for our daughter and family to enjoy the event. We will not return to Shakey's, hoping that you will train all your staff to accommodate guests and provide excellent customer service. Dined yesterday and it was okay at first with the service. Food was good, pizzas were nicely cooked and hot and crispy crust. Garlic and cheese has been my favorite and good that it was the same as how it should be. Just surprised it was fries instead of mojos. Towards the end of eating and we wanted to pay for the bill, it seemed their staff were “too busy” and took a long time to get us our bill. We understood there was a huge family who was also there and I feel bad for the staff since they had to clean up after the group left, but we asked for our bill after they left and it seems our request for the bill was lost somewhere and took us some time to receive it. We handed our mother’s senior card and took a longer time to have the discounted bill. We waited again after giving our credit card, and we felt that they forgot we were still there waiting for them to return the card, the senior citizen card and our final receipt. Kiko (might be the manager) was considerate enough (and was the one who took our order from the start) to check on us and he followed up on our bill etc. we also requested for ketchup (my mother wanted ketchup and the ketchup bottle was almost over) and my brother asked the staff with glasses. That request also took a long time to be done.

I don't voice out opinions and feedback on services but today what just unbelievable. I ordered for a nice meal for my family earlier and was delivered as expected. Unfortunately, the 1.5L Coke was not delivered/handed over to me to I called 77777 right immediately since I don't know the store's ditect no. The lady from 77777 said he already co tacted the branch and that the manager will be contactimg me about the incovenience and that it will be delivered, the 1.5 coke. After an hour no call was made and coke did not arrived so I called 77777 and was told of the same. But i was already agitated and furious. After 30 minutes, nothing. So i did my own google search and found out their phone no., I asked for the branch manager but i was only told that apparently, there was no endorsement done of the non delivery of the drinks and that the rider already clocked-out. Anyway, few minutes, a new rider came to deliver. It should have been a nice enjoying night but it wasn't because of the poor service from the rider to the store manager, if it was true what 77777 has mentiined that I should have received a phone call for...
