Disappointed with the service. We opted the online delivery service at Don Antonio Heights branch. Unfortunately, they chose not to deliver the cake on the time requested. When I reached out to them, they said the message on the remarks (which is to include 13 blue candles)needs to be paid 5peso each. We didn't get to reply to their concern but I tried to call the customer service but line was busy. We were busy also to follow up more and trusted the service. Regardless, order was already paid. But, with the staff incompetence they didn't get to weigh that the paid cake was way important than their concern for sales for the candles that was not mandatory requested. And, if we will refund the payment it will take 10business days to get the money back. In addition, I also i got confused with their reasoning because the next day, they texted that they ran out of chocolate.
