The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Quezon City

3 months later- Stay cool-go to Starbucks. Nothing Changed in coffee bean. Aircon still turned off in most of the cafe (same as many CBTL). It's clear this is company policy. I don't want to be sweating while working. By the way, never did get ANY contact from a manager. CustomerService /management is nonexistent.

The staff and coffee are excellent in all the CBTL and I've been to many. They will cater to personal preferences and are always friendly. The most ridiculous policy is that in a very hot country they clearly instruct cafes not to use Aircon or little as possible so many cafes constantly feel hot and one can't work in them whereas Starbucks are always 100% cool (hence being so busy). There is only ONE contact point - messenger - which promises help and gives ZERO help. Over one month trying to communicate about this problem with just silly repeated messages eg "yes we've told our team and they'll be in touch" . EXACTLY the same service about the broken toilet nearly 2 months in SJDM. Customers must either leave and lose their seats to go to SECOND floor or risk their bags being stolen. Ridiculous service. agreeing with the last review, i ordered their asado pandesal to try and halatang bahaw na siya. it was reheated to the point where the edges were hard but the underside was soggy. for 125, i was dismayed since it was a waste of money of course and it was all bread, crust rather, at that point lol. service was also bad, my umbrella got stolen here and asked for assistance since it’s rainy season again but was met with indifference from staff telling me to come again later, that is, if they even care enough to check the cctv footage (did not even ask for my contact). a little humility, understanding, and better customer service would go a long way considering the overpriced,...

i love coffee bean, place is very relaxing. Unlike other coffee shop, it is not crowded. We've sip few drinks in one of their branches in Uptown Mall, 3rd floor. The place ia clean and instagram worthy. People usually took time to stay to study, held their meetings or just a simple gathering.They have indoors and outdoors tables and chairs. Perfect for those who wants to watch the fountain at night.
