Tropical Hut — Restaurant in Quezon City

The dining staff is rude who wears a white tshirt ,, we dine in with a one and half years old puppy we did notice there's a sign that the dog inside the restaurant is not allowed because we enter the other door near circle park suddenly the rude staff call our attention then shouted to his co- worker "may aso, may aso dun" then they go to our table he rudely said with a high voice " bawal po Yan Dito my sign po sa pintuan na bawal ang aso " then the other staff with green uniform also said "pasensya na po Kasi my mga aso din po kanina unfair po kung pagbibigyan namin kayo" which is mas okey ang approach unlike the other staff, we know the rules so we follow. my husband and my brother in law go outside with the dog then me and my daughters and my son stay to finish their meal but our meal stay on the table at lumamig na it's okey no choice the food is already serve and also we have pending orders fries and burger steak I approached the counter to follow up and when I looked back to our table without anyone on our table the rude staff is there get the pending number he just place the pending order in the table without saying anything to me when I reached the table grabe ung staff na yun grabe talaga sya bagsak tlga sa service nsa kabila lng n table ang mga anak ko ... my daughters after their meal is finish go outside to call my husband and brother in law and go back to finish their meal. We know the rules but please train the staff to be mindful with their action when approaching customer sobrang nainis Ako the way he said it. Feedback on Service – August 14, 2025 I visited the Tropical Hut (Circle branch) on August 14, 2025. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the manager on duty (a female staff member). She displayed unprofessional behavior and even accused me of touching her hand, which was completely uncalled for. Additionally, our order was severely delayed — by the time it arrived, my friends had already finished eating. When I approached the counter to follow up, I was simply told that the food was “still being prepared,” with no apology or clear explanation.

This place is one of those places that will remind you of the past. From the time I spent my little brother's birthday makes me bring back the happy moments. Tho its an old fastfood, things are a bit out to date, yet they still serve the best for me. Condiments are still available in their old ketchup dispensers, everything is almost limitless even for sugar and vinegar, they are just on top of your table. Coffee is super, you can even ask for another cup if you order their breakfast meals. My family loved it. The meals never changed except their prices but this place is still filled with nice people.
