Burger King Drive Thru — Restaurant in Rizal

Poor service. We arrived with family and kids, there is ten of us, from a long drive to dine and enjoy our dinner here but we ended up with disappointments from the crews. No sundaes, no extra rice no other drinks except iced tea. Fine. After waiting for about fifteen minutes, we received our drinks warm, chicken burnt. We asked if we can have at least a cup of ice and we will try to divide amongst ourselves but it was a blunt No. We tried negotiating with the crews if we can get the gravy refilled in exchange for the inconvenience we had but all we had was, Sorry, a refill costs extra. I wasn't expecting superb service like the leading fast food but at least I was expecting professionalism from Burger King's staff. I also had to chase my cheese bites as they only gave me one....

I want to give an honest experience, good product not same as always in the adds. I'd Takeout my order in sec Im going out the store, guard dont open the Door for me., i handle too many food with softdrinks that dont havw a handle., but the 4 drinks has it., thats it., the real matter is the crew and security is not good as the good...

This place rarely gets crowded, but the staff remains professional (by that, I mean not sitting or making loud chika around like most staff from other BK branches I have been to). A nice place to spend a peaceful morning at. It gets noisy at noon to afternoon, but I guess it won't matter kung di peaceful na tambay ang hanap mo. Haha....
