ā˜• SEISHA COFFEE - Cozy Ambience with a Diverse Menu in Rizal Visited: Evening, June 2025 Purpose: Solo visit for coffee and relaxation

āø»

šŸ“ Location & Accessibility

SEISHA COFFEE is conveniently located on the ground floor of a building that also houses the Department of Trade & Industry Rizal office. It’s easy to spot from the street thanks to its large illuminated sign. The cafĆ© is right along a main road, making it accessible whether you’re walking or driving. Parking appears limited to street-side spaces, so coming via public transport or ride-hailing apps may be more convenient.

Wheelchair access seems manageable with a flat entryway and no visible steps, but the entrance is slightly narrow due to the layout of the outdoor seating area.

āø»

šŸš— Parking & Outdoor Vibe

There isn’t a dedicated parking lot, but the sidewalk space is clean and moderately wide, with large umbrellas and a few plants creating a comfortable waiting or smoking area outside. At night, the lighting creates a warm and inviting look, even after a light rain.

āø»

šŸŖ‘ Interior & Atmosphere

Inside, the cafĆ© is modern, minimalistic, and comfortably lit. Black ceiling tracks with spotlights, simple wooden tables, and a tasteful touch of indoor greenery give the place a relaxing and clean vibe. The layout is well thought out—seating is a mix of cozy armchairs and practical tables for working or chatting.

There’s a good balance between solo customers and groups, with enough space between tables to ensure some privacy. The space is air-conditioned and ventilated well, staying comfortable even when slightly crowded.

The sound level is moderate—busy, but not too noisy. Ideal for light study, casual meetings, or just unwinding with a drink.

Restrooms were not visible in the photos, so no comments on that aspect.

āø»

šŸ™‹ Staff & Service

Staff were friendly and efficient, handling multiple customers smoothly. The baristas were attentive and served with a smile, despite the busy evening crowd. Service time was reasonable—no long waits, even for brewed coffee.

āø»

šŸ“œ Menu Overview

SEISHA COFFEE offers a broad range of options: • Coffee: From classics like espresso and flat white to specialty options like salted caramel macchiato and choco java chip. • Frappes: Rich and indulgent, with flavors like cookies & cream and white choco dreams. • Non-Coffee: Fruit shakes, flavored teas, and smoothies are available for non-caffeine drinkers. • Food: Light snacks (fries, nachos, salad), as well as hearty sandwiches and pastas. • Hookah: Uniquely, they also offer hookah service, which sets them apart from typical coffee shops.

The menu is printed clearly and easy to read, mounted on the wall above the counter.

āø»

🄤 Drinks Ordered & Taste • Espresso (₱120): Full-bodied, aromatic, and served piping hot in a sturdy ceramic mug. A bit intense, as expected, with a bold roasted finish. • Banana Shake (₱150): Served in a tall paper cup with their stylish logo. Creamy and refreshing—sweet but not overpowering, with a smooth texture that makes it ideal for a hot day.

āø»

šŸ’° Price & Value

Prices range from ₱120 for a basic espresso to ₱345 for set meals. For a specialty coffee shop with a pleasant ambiance and wide menu selection, the prices feel fair. The drink quality, comfortable environment, and service combine for good value overall.

No photos right now, but will add once I visited the place again. I first visited it when I was in my college days and it became the usual place that we hang around since they offer the unique combination of coffee and hookah.

Food - There is a lot of food that they offer, from fries to pastas. Rating will be 4/5, since the taste is common and no uniqueness can be felt from it.

Coffee - They have their own espresso machine to make their famous coffee, partnered with the hookah. Some of the people especially the younger generation, usually order the cold drinks with the hookah. 5/5 for this one.

Place - The place is awesome with nice chair in the front if you wanted to smoke their hookah, the insides is quite cool and the ambiance feels warm. Though there are some improvements needed with some of the chairs that they have inside. 4/5 rating

WiFi - There is a signage that says "WIFI" but we haven't tried it yet.

Service - The service is not that warm and accommodating, there are some new staffs that needed to be trained with proper customer handling and customer service. There are times that the ordered food will take a couple of minutes to be...

I hurt my head by bumping on their glass divider. (+cleanliness as I didn't notice the glass)

My wife immediately laughed while the staff immediately gave me tissues to wipe my face and courteously told me that they thought that was just a prank. (+service as they didn't laugh...)

The place was good and I was satisfied with their iced spanish latte (As told by one of the baristas to be one of the bestsellers in their shop).

One thing that I have a little disappointment about is the parking area which is only limited to a number of cars and motorcycles.

Other than that, we'll be back for more coffee with friends and family....

One of the best coffee shops in Antipolo. They’ve been here for decades and it shows - the quality of coffee and pastries we’ve tried are great. Particularly liked Spanish Latte: I can’t tell if their beans are specialty or third wave coffee, it’s on a dark (not city) roast yet the taste dominates your palette, not a washed down ā€œlatteā€ or burnt-tasting beans like you’d expect from lower quality cafes. Time have tested them, and customers get to enjoy the experience. Great space for solo customers too, not very loud since there are a lot of students. Ps: matcha latte was just a bit too sweet for me, not thick enough for my taste.
